Refund policy
Unopened Blue Bottle Body Care products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. In the interest of preventing possible product contamination, we will only accept returns of unopened original shipping packages. Upon the receipt and confirmation of a returned package, a full credit card refund will be issued. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for each refund to be processed. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to return product.
Please contact us by phone or email in order to cancel an order. If the order has not yet shipped, a credit card refund will be immediately submitted. For orders that have already shipped, we ask that you return the unopened package to us, at which time we will submit a credit card refund. For cancellations of orders that have already shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.
